I`ve spent so much time in this scheme. Recently, I feel like I can disturb him as I want and I have to. Part of that was to arrive in such a low place, where I felt completely hopeless and was almost accommodated there, without joy, task to fulfill the obligations and dizziness of pain through life. I don`t want any more! In a way, I came across your work during that time. It changes my point of view and helps me understand things I`ve never understood about myself. With this consciousness, there is hope that I will take care of myself and my life. Above all, I want to know and be my authentic self. Don`t forget to judge yourself for the periods when you acted against yourself. This is not a self-flagellation exercise. It`s easy to see where you`re true and where you`re still hiding so you can build that consciousness. Some examples of what you might write: The Four Agreements: A Practical Guide to Personal Freedom is a self-help book by bests and seller Don Miguel Ruiz with Janet Mills. The book proposes a code of conduct based on the ancient wisdom of Toltec, which advocates the freedom of self-limiting beliefs that can cause suffering and limitations in a person`s life. His best-known book, The Four Agreements, was published in 1997 and has sold about 10 million times in the United States and has been translated into 46 languages.
The book advocates the personal freedom of convictions and agreements we have made with ourselves and with others, which create use and unhappiness in our lives. It was broadcast on the television show Oprah. The four agreements are: Ruiz says that this agreement is certainly the most important, but the most difficult is to respect it. For this agreement, Ruiz first analyzes the word ”irreprocible.” The perfectly irreproachable word comes from the Latin word peccatus, which means ”sin,” and the term ”im” at the beginning of blame is the Latin prefix meaning ”without.” Ruiz describes a sin as all that goes against himself, and therefore to be impeccable with language is to assume the responsibility of one and without judgment against oneself and against the other. This agreement focuses primarily on the importance of speaking with integrity and carefully choosing the words before saying it out loud. Dear Tracey, this is an important lesson for all of us. It is very difficult not to hide behind a façade to keep the peace or be accepted. But in the end, we`re wrong. Words are important and determine our actions and actions with others and with ourselves. I will observe my words and write the words that come to mind to carefully improve my relationships. Thank you once again for becoming aware of who we are and what we do. Antoinette In the book, Don Miguel Ruiz presents the idea that YOUR MOTS ARE MAGIC.
He adds that you can use your words for white magic; Create good things in the world, or as black magic; Create chaos and spread negativity. Hey, Antoinette! Thank you for sharing this, it`s about living a life of ”real” meaning. The more honest we are with ourselves, the less others will expect us to drag the ”old rope” they are used to seeing us with. People are able to adapt, and if you take care of yourself with your words, actions, thoughts and feelings… Everything changes. 🙂 me also to tell my fiance my truth every day, and we have the most amazing relationship because of it. We speak in a vulgentist way and we share even the ugliest parts of ourselves. I`ve never felt connected to a partner in my life. To express oneself in a flawless way is to express oneself towards truth and love. This means expressing love, respect and self-acceptance.
Emotions of jealousy, envy, frustration and sadness fall into the category of not being blameless. Anger and fear generally fall into the category of not being so blameless.
